you’re my world, my everything

as i opened our door to a house of darkeness, i realised that you had fallen asleep while waiting for me. i tip toed to the bed room silently hoping that you might be lying in bed with the laptop. and there it was, another wave of darkness..

you were all tucked in, snug as a bug and under the dim and warm light i saw my baby, fast asleep. one part of me felt disappointed, as i had been looking forward all evening just to snuggle up in your arms. but yet another part of me pulled up the comforters and tucked you into bed with gentle kisses.

as cheesy as this sounds, i think i have fallen in love yet again…
